QUEERING THE STAGES OF GRIEF

Grief follows
no rules.
So why do we keep pretending it does?
Most of us have been taught that grief follows a predictable path. But anyone who has truly loved knows better.
Grief is rarely linear. It changes us. It surprises us.
It refuses to fit neatly inside someone else's expectations.
Grieving Differently is an invitation to imagine something larger...
not just a different way to understand grief, but a different way to understand ourselves.

Hi,
I'm Timoth.
I'm a pastor, speaker, grief coach, and author.
And before any of those things... I'm someone who loved deeply. I'm someone who lost the love of my life. I'm someone who discovered that grief isn't something we move through nearly as much as it is something we learn to live alongside.
Everything I create grows out of that discovery.

"Rev. Timoth gently guides readers through the challenging and difficult terrain of grief, reminding us that there is no correct way to grieve, but what's most important is to meet ourselves with compassion and kindness regardless of how the process unfolds."
—Claire Bidwell Smith, author of Conscious Grieving
"A profound and necessary book that makes room for those whose grief has too often been unseen, misunderstood, or minimized."
—Rev. Cameron Trimble, UCC Pastor and CEO of Convergence
"Grieving Differently invites us to linger in our pain and our faith, embracing grief as a nonlinear journey shaped by our unique identities."
—Rev. Sam Houser, author of Queering the Psalms
